A study in the book of Revelation.
We now come to the Sixth Seal. This Sixth Seal brings us to the end of the first part of that last unfulfilled week of the ninth chapter of Daniel. It divides into two parts. The Lord Himself defines the first part as “the beginning of sorrows,” while He designates the last part as “the great tribulation.” This is introduced for us in the book of Revelation by the breaking of the Seventh Seal. John does not say that he was instructed to Come and see. He simply lets us know that when the Sixth Seal was open, he saw events that mankind and Biblical scholars debate to this day. In discussing what he saw, I will address them in the order in which they are listed, and with the divine guidance of the holy ghost attempt to deliver an in-depth interpretation and elocution of each.
